It’s okay to admit when things are not okay.
It’s okay to cry on the floor or scream out loud.
It’s okay to have moments of crazy.
We’re real. We’re human. And we’re constantly learning and growing. (And healing!)
Kids get excited to strap on their backpacks as a new school year approaches. However if they
don’t know what to look for when choosing a backpack they can literally become a pain in the
back, neck, head and shoulders.
It goes without saying that when your baby is crying and upset, being picked up, held and comforted is often the cure that is needed. It will come as no surprise then, that prolonged focused healing touch can take that effect much further.
I’ve had an emotional day. I’m not prepared to go into detail (mostly because my eyes are tired of crying), but also because I choose not to give this any more energy. I will however, share something I read today that was exactly what I needed to hear. And I’ll share it here in case you could also use this powerful reminder.
